John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

I like how this scripture begins but the Comforter. Jesus is speaking of the Holy Spirit who will be sent to us. Jesus knew that His disciples would need comfort because He was going to leave them. He was letting them know that they would not be left alone. The Holy Spirit would bring comfort to them. Not only for those disciples but also for we disciples. We are blessed with that same comfort.

The Spirit of God knows the heart of God. He will reveal the heart of God to you. What we need will be found in Him. The counsel. advocacy, calmness, healing, wisdom, with a plethora of other things for our good. The Holy Spirit can bring those same teachings of the Lord back to our mind in ways that stimulate more growth. The same word can take on new life. Those lessons cannot be shaken. What the Holy Spirit brings to us is fitting for us. It is the nourishment we need spiritually.

Moments lying down gazing into the heavens

Soaring momentously into hopeful glee

I am submerged in your presence

Aided by the One who holds my right hand

Steady as I go full fledge

No looking around it is up for me

Pointed and focused to all that is true

Lessons learned and hidden

Memories to declare boldly to all ears

The human heart twinkles in the night

Bleakness goes away as I gain understanding

Trust is what I gather deep

It is a sweet aroma that fills my soul

Oh, taste and see that goodness

All who follow will encounter this bliss
