What exactly is double-mindedness? It is not a word that we hear too often outside of Christian circles. I decided to do what I usually do, look it up. Read the definition of double-mindedness. My thoughts on the matter aligned with what I read. Double-mindedness has to do with where you heart is. Is your heart pure and set on following Jesus? Have you made up your mind whom you will live for? If so, these things are true, then you are a single minded individual.
Turn my pain into joy
Blast out my iniquities
Lather me with your language of love
Crimson liquid flowing within
Oneness in every inch of heart
Planted firmly I do not slip
Deterrence not in reach
Mind is set on you O’ Lord
