Isaiah 6:3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

The scene was set. Reading this snippet of scripture makes me think of the dynamic presence of Lord God. It gives such a clear picture of the throne. The atmosphere is thick with the essence of God that the angels let out a cry of holy, holy, holy. It just causes me to pause and think. Sacred and nothing unholy can stand in His presence. There have been times where I bowed down and lay flat out straight at the His awesomeness. I was overcome with a belly full of emotions.

Reverence, humility, I was totally undone. It really puts things into perspective. You are changed just like the prophet Isaiah. God gives us glimpses of His power. It was a vision of what is real. Not a dream or an illusion but a real thing.

Sometimes I think people forget the nature of God. His holiness is nothing to take lightly. It is a staggering idea to think of the holiest place we can know. There are heavenly creatures that surround the throne of God calling holy, holy, holy. They said this three times. There must be some significance behind it. Maybe it is the wholeness of God. Who He is in His totality. Three in one or one in three. No matter it is a powerful display of the Lord God.

Entering in

I feel hovering

Over and I lower

Down into surrender

Overtaken

It gives life

Breathing slowly

I remain speechless

Muttering

Escaped into the sovereign
