It’s remarkable how the initial step starts with us. For something to be given, you must first ask. For something to be found, you must first seek. For something to be opened, you must first knock. Take the initiative.
The ball is in your court. Make your requests known unto God. He is listening and He answers prayers. If you need peace, seek God. If you need joy, seek God. Whatever you need, seek Him. You will find what you need in Him. It says in Philippians 4:19, that He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. There are riches in glory waiting for us to receive. But we have to make a move. The door opens when you knock. You don’t have to turn a knob, or have a key, just knock. That is astonishing. Keep asking, keep seeking, and keep knocking. Receive your blessing!
Golden chariots deliver the gift
Down through radiant beams
Upon the angel’s wings it rides
Unlocked the door
To heaven’s treasure
Given to the seeker of the Holy One
