It starts at home. If children do not obey at home, they will not obey outside the home. Your behavior yields results. You have to be respectful at home and then in turn, be respectful away from home. Parents have a big part to play in that they have to set good standards and set boundaries. The children will benefit from such principles. Those principles should be founded on God. What He says in His word.
God is behind family. He designed it. He set the order of parent and child. We are a product of that design. Family is important to God. It mirrors the relationship we have with Him. We are a product of Him. A good family is a tight unit that keeps all members intact.
